Aleksandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Musicology from the University of Wrocław, alongside formal qualifications in violin, piano and music theory. Her academic foundation shaped an approach to education that balances structure, creativity and genuine care for every learner.
She went on to lead a music department at one of the UAE's largest music education institutes, where she supervised teaching quality, curriculum delivery and the day-to-day operations of a busy programme. In that role she worked directly with internationally recognised examination boards, supporting candidates, instructors and administrative teams through every stage of preparation and assessment.
Over the years, Aleksandra has recruited, developed and supervised instructors across a wide range of disciplines — always focused on consistent, professional standards. That combination of academic depth, operational leadership and hands-on teaching experience is what she now brings to every programme delivered by Skill Zone.

Aleksandra established Skill Zone to create a trusted and professional platform through which schools, nurseries, organisations, community spaces, edutainment destinations and other venues can access high-quality educational, enrichment and recreational activities.
The idea grew from her belief that meaningful experiences can take place in many different environments — from structured learning and skill development to creativity, exploration, social interaction and recreation. Regardless of the setting, every programme should be thoughtfully planned, professionally managed, and delivered to a consistently high standard.
Through Skill Zone, Aleksandra combines professional programme management with creativity, strong delivery standards, and positive participant experiences — providing partners with dependable activity solutions while creating opportunities for participants to discover interests, develop abilities and build confidence.
